To those who are visiting us for the first time - WELCOME! And to our returning clients - WELCOME BACK! We're delighted you're here!
Orders can be placed any time and will be automatically placed in the queue according to your dates selected.
NOTE: Traditional cell wrapped gift baskets are not available for delivery outside of the Greater Victoria area during December.
We suggest that you ask us to create your gift in a non cello wrapped tote or our popular Van Isle gift box - Vancouver Island Gift Basket Co.
Non-Holiday Fare:
We ask that you select from our holiday fare for deliveries between Dec. 1-24th.
Orders placed for non holiday GIGIs Gift Baskets will be refunded or held for delivery after Jan. 14th, 2025. Thank you for your understanding. See below for exceptions.

DELIVERY RATES:
Greater Victoria: Rates: $10-$14.95
- Scheduled by the week (not by a specific date) - Dec. 1st - 5th, Dec. 8th-12th, Dec. 15th-19th, Dec. 20th-24th.
All other parts of Canada:
- GIFT BOXES & TOTES Shipping Rates: $10-$17.95; Visit: Vancouver Island Gift Basket Co.
Pick up: We are home based in Colwood. Pick up is available with orders placed in advanced and available almost any day including weekends & evenings pending we've been given adequate advance notice to assemble your gift. You will receive a text when your order is ready and an address will be provided then. (We are located 3 min from the intersection of Sooke Rd/Veterans Memorial Pkwy).
FAQ during the holidays:
- Only holiday cello wrapped baskets are available in December with the exception of birthdays, baby, realtor/housewarming and bereavement. For non holiday fare please visit our Vancouver Island Gift Box site Vancouver Island Gift Basket Co for standard & holiday fare.
- Custom: As Victoria's most premiere and original gift basket company (est. 1989) we process extremely high volumes during the holidays. Therefore, fully customize orders are reserved for a 5 or more basket order during December.
- Corporate Clients: For multiple gifts, contact us directly... we will work with you to suit your budget and volume needs.
- Requests for substitutions for items we have in stock are still ok. Please place your order through our website and make your substitution requests in the 'NOTE' section at checkout. This will slide your order into the queue without delay. We review each order personally and will contact you if we have questions or if additional fees apply.

- (Dispatch - 250-857- 1400). We do not have a designated phone receptionist, thus phone access is limited and it may take 48-72 hours or more to return calls. We suggest texts, live chats or emails for a response often within seconds/minutes.
- Check your Spam/Junk Folder: Tracking info., basket photos, delivery confirmation emails and/or receipts sometimes land in your junk folder. Please check your folder before reaching out to us. If not there, by all means, please contact us via text or email.
- Mylar Holiday Balloons are complimentary and available in the local Greater Victoria area. These are available only while supplies last, first delivered, first served and order must be placed online.
- A 'Seasons Greetings' holiday card is included with each gift. At checkout, you'll be asked for your personalized message.
- Complimentary Dog or Cat treats upon request - just ask! If you know the pup or kitty's name, we'll add two! Woof! Meow!
- Shop Closure: We will be closed from noon Dec. 24th, reopening on January 14th. However, if you have concerns regarding a holiday delivery please contact us at: [email protected] or text 250-857-1400 and we will respond throughout our holiday break.
