NOTE: Our 'Sampler' & 'Petite' collections do not qualify for 'same day' delivery nor a free balloon. In the event we can provide same day delivery in the Greater Victoria Area, we will, however not guaranteed. Expect 1-5 business days throughout BC and expedite Canada Post times for other parts of Canada.
