The best way to request customization:

1. Choose the gift basket that is closest in theme and budget range to what you desire
2. ​Place your order online. 
3. At check out, use the NOTE section to specify the customization desired.   

​We are a small business and review every order personally. Ordering online ensures we have the information we need to fulfill your order, avoiding delays caused by missing details.

Special Alcohol Requests:

Should you wish to upgrade or request a specific bottle of wine or spirits, please go to the BC Liquor Store website, search for your desired bottle and provide us with:

• SKU #
• Name
• Price of the product (shown prices do not include BC 15% tax)

As a gift basket company, we do not get a break on the price. Our handling fee to retrieve the bottle starts at $25 + 3.5% on your bottle selection.

Ensure that your choice is available at the “Westshore" location in Langford (store #125), as additional fees apply if we have to courier from further away.  You can find this out by simply clicking on the ‘where to buy’ button next to the product description and input our postal code:  V9C 3R9 or 'Westshore'.

Allow a minimum 48-72 hours to provide this service.  

​During December, this service may require considerably more time or not be available at all depending on the volume we are processing.  We recommend you order early.
