The best way to request customization:
We are a small business and review every order personally. Ordering online ensures we have the information we need to fulfill your order, avoiding delays caused by missing details. Substitutions for Preferences / Vegan / Dairy Free / Allergies / Gluten Free, etc.
If we are simply substituting one similar priced item for another - lets say, tea instead of coffee, there is no need to do anything else. We’ll follow along with your notes! If, however, you wish for us to add additional items, i.e. “please top up my order with more goodies by $50” or “ add a second bottle of red wine" or “add something extra for the 'kids'” we will send you an e-invoice for the additional items. The e-invoice is just a simple online invoice payable via credit card. It really is quite simple. For items that we do not have in stock which require we shop on your behalf, we will notify with an estimate for time delay and handling fees. Please note that in December we are unable to personal shop or make ‘start from scratch’ custom gift baskets due to the vastly increased volume of orders being processed (except in the event of a multi corporate order).
