Ordering online is easy!
Order any of our regular baskets (above) 'as is' or make variations / substitutions. Upon check-out, simply add your variations /substitutions request in the REVIEW & SUBMIT section upon checkout (last step). We'll contact you if we have any questions - WE PROMISE! There's no extra handling fees for variations / substitutions and rarely is same day service affected. eg.. "please, dark chocolate only and no nuts"
ADD ON ITEMS:
So you want to add more?! Just ask in the NOTE section upon checkout. We will send you an email with a quote and follow up with an e-invoice for the amount. Easy as that (pending we have your requested item in stock as part of our regular inventory). eg.. "please add a bottle of BC red wine & a package of Island Jerky".
GET A FREE MYLAR BALLOON WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE! Applicable with every standard basket order placed online. During your online check-out process you will be able to select the category/sentiment for your free balloon. Feel free to be specific with your balloon request, (eg. 19th birthday for a hipster fella!) and we'll find the closest match. (Balloons available in the Greater Victoria Area only - with the exception of December where balloons are available up to & including Nanaimo while supplies last).
CUSTOM
Requests requiring personal shopping (items not in inventory) require advance notice, handling fee and not available for same day delivery. All other custom baskets (i.e. creating a basket from scratch) start at $120+.

We're happy to assist with multi-basket orders, etc... For custom orders or large volume orders, we'll need some extra time to get everything 'just right'. (Preferably 2-7 days advanced notice).
We do not take single orders over the phone - please use our online system to place an order.
For the fastest response, please send us an email as we check voice mail just a few times daily as we're busy processing orders already in the queue.
COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
After your online order is complete, you'll receive by email an order confirmation. Then later, you will receive by email, delivery or shipment confirmation.
COMPLIMENTARY DOGGIE TREATS! Upon request in the NOTES field when you order online, or add it to your cart using the Good Dog free treat add-on item. Tell us the pooch's name we'll add two! Woof!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations happen - we get it! Please contact us before the requested delivery date. Refunds are issued less a small restocking, handling and materials fee if the basket has already been built and a card has been written to cover costs incurred. However in most cases, a full refund will be issued.
